Where do you ship?

At the moment we're only shipping to the United States of America - with the exception of remote provinces such as Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico.

However, we hope we will soon be able to ship to other destinations, too. Sign up to our newsletter to stay updated!

We cannot ship to PO boxes address.

Shipping cost and time

Orders below $120.00: We ship with standard shipping for $9.75.

Orders from $120.00: We ship your order for free!

Since we work together with suppliers from USA but also other countries such as China, shipping time can vary. Most products will be with you within 2 to 15 business days.

In rare cases shipping can take up to 20 business days.

Some product ship with fast shipping with no additional costs. It will say so in the product description or you can filter for "fast shipping".

Can I return my order?

For items that are eligible for returns: You can return your orders within 15 days after receiving the product if for any reason you are not happy. To get the process started, please get in touch using the contact form or by sending us an e-mail to support@anavari.com.de

Some items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable (unless damaged). It will say so in the product description.

Products that are damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

Only return your order once your return was accepted to keep the process as easy as possible.

If your return was accepted:

The product must be returned to the address on the original package.

For damaged items or wrong orders we cover the shipping costs. For simple returns you are responsible for the return label and fee.

To speed up the process, we kindly ask you to provide a tracking number. Once the tracking number has been provided (or once the supplier has received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped in case of an exchange or a refund will be issued.

Refunds: Refunds use the same payment method that was used to pay for the order.

Please note: It is mandatory that you always get in touch with us first before returning an item in order to be eligible for a return. Otherwise your return will be not accepted.

What if my order is damaged or incomplete?

If your order is damaged, please send us a photo or video of the product(s) that shows the damages.

If an item is missing from the package, please send a picture or video of the package in which the product(s) arrived to ensure the package is intact and also of all the items you received. We will need the evidence within 15 days after receiving the order.

We will make sure to find a solution for you whether you want to reorder or receive a refund.

My order is missing

In the case that a package is delivered (based on tracking number update) but you did not receive the item or it was lost along the way, you must submit a claim to the shipping carrier directly.

Non-refundable products

Some items are not exchangeable and not refundable. You will find the information in the product description

Multiple packages

You may receive your order in multiple packages. This is due to collaborating with various suppliers to offer a wider range of high-quality products. I you wish to avoid this, select items from the same supplier. Use our filter to sort products by suppliers.
